February is Heart Health Month!

Eating for heart health shouldn't be complicated.

 

We want to focus on eating lots of fibre (through vegetables, fruit, pulses and whole grains) boosting Omega 3 fatty acids (fatty fish, ground flaxseed, walnuts etc) and reducing our intake of trans and saturated fats.
