Balanced (Previously Weight Reset): This 3 module mini-course is designed to get you started on your weight-reset journey while ending the diet-cycle. It is not a "weight-loss" course but designed to normalize eating, find purpose in movement and a joy in living off of the scale altogether.
Learn how to balance meals, identify reasons for food choices, how stress may be affecting your energy and motivation, and how to get started on lifestyle change TODAY!
Balanced mini course is an open-enrollment 3-lesson course you can complete at your own pace, from the comfort of home. Access is available for 60 days after purchase date.
Lesson 1 reviews the complexity of weight management and lifestyle factors that contribute to our weight, mental health, activity and nutrition choices.
Lesson 2 covers the top 10 basic eating goals, as well as tips to create a balanced plate and get started with meal planning.
In Lesson 3, we review goal setting with a focus on realistic changes specific to you.
Lessons allow for questions and group discussion, though enrollment will also include access to a private facebook support group for you to get your specific questions answered, share successes and challenges in a body-safe community.
